Both are nice shoes, but your choice will depend on what you like more. If you love comfort more then go for the switch run, but if you value speed then the winflo 10. It is lighter and more responsive, but it also has less cushion than the switch run.
@@JaganRV Both shoes have decent durability. You know they are kind of budget models so I wouldn't expect too much from them. But hey, they are Nike and Adidas so I believe they should be alright. I haven't used any of them for more that 80km so I can't really say for sure from my own experience.
10.5 US will still be OK. I wear size 11 Adidas, that's what I got here and they also fit great. Adidas and Nike are the same in US sizes, but they differ in EU sizes. For example EU size 45 is US size 11 in Nike whereas EU 45 1/3 is US size 11 in Adidas. So I usually go with my US size across most brands.

I will not recommend it for an older person due to its weakness in stability. Depending on your budget I will recommend the Puma foreverrun Nitro, czcams.com/video/i94dHAoPW1s/video.html, Adidas adistar, Asics Gel Cumulus 25. If you want Nike the Pegasus 38, 39 or 40 shold be better. If you want to go higher consider the react Infinity Run flyknit 3. I have reviewed these in my channel also, you can check them out. i dont know which shoes to buy i think i'm a toe runner i'm choosing between downshifter 13 rev 7 and winflow 10 which one can you recommend doc for jogging, and trainer and maybe even casual wear?
Downshifter 13 probably is the best option for all you want to do with it. However, the winflo 10 is much lighter (over 30g), more responsive, softer and generally more comfortable than the downshifter but it has relatively poor stability. That is it's only drawback. So if you don't have stability issues you can consider that. It's a pretty good running shoe. Forget the revolution 7, not a very good running shoe.
I will go switch run, downshifter 13, then winflo 10. But the winflo 11 is out now and it is great. I'm making the review now. It will be up on the channel soon.
