I have the Winflos 10 for a few months now and honestly it really works, they are comfortable and durable and they feel nice on the foot really light and hugs your foot nicely, also there isn't much reviews on them which I find wierd they are a good shoe... Thanks for the review keep it up
Yeah I know, it’s surprising how good they are and they’re cheap and not that well known! Glad they’re working well for you! Thanks for the comment 🙌

@@gentleman116airborne I don't have the rival fly 3 so I don't know, my experience with the winflo 10s is great and they are as good as the nike pegasus 40, you should just try both and see what works best for you
런닝화 고민하고 있었는데 많은 도움됐어요! 저도 윈플로로 가겠습니다😊
I do have nike winflo 5 for almost 5 yrs, now it's all weary and thinking to get either winfo 10 or pehasus 40, this review helps me to decide which to get.
Great review by the way
Wich one?
Pegasus 40 , bought 2 pairs (regular price, and the 2nd is from nike app promo campaign)

Fantastic video! I have a question winflo 10 or winflo 11? What is your opinion?
Hello sir, watching this video from India.
Great video, going for winflo9. Thankyou ❤
Thanks for watching! Hope you love the Winflo!
I have the Winflo 10 and they are the most comfortable shoes to me! I tried today the Pegasus and they feel similar as winflo but I love winflo more !!!
That’s awesome! Glad both are working for you! I do love the Winflos! Wish I liked the Pegasus a lot more but just can’t get on with them!
I bought the Winflo 10s on my birthday in June and they are Steller shoes!
I compared them on foot in store between the peg and winflo and ended up deciding on the winflos because they just fit and felt right.
JD sports was kind enough to let me try both pairs on a back and forth pace in store to get the feeling of it.
That’s class that they let you A/B test them like that! I think you’ve made a great choice there! Hope they’re serving you well 🙌
ive got plenty of miles on er and no signs of any wear so far. just a dirty pair of runners with tons of life left.@@BobThomasUltra

Which one is best for mid distance running 1 mile to 5km...?
Hey @BobThomasUltra,
I bought the Pegasus 40 several weeks ago and then returned them to the shop because they were too bulky, not comfortable while running, and after 5 minutes of running, the problem with ventilation began. All your words re the model are true. I didn't really like how they worked; they didn't give me any energy back at all. After watching your videos, I'm thinking about Winflo, but I'm confused if Winflo 9 is better than the Pegasus 40 or if it's better to buy the 10th Honestly, I really liked the color of Winflo 9, but it seems that the 10th version doesn't have the same color.
Thank you!
I have pegasus-39 and they are a lot better than 40(was supposed every next gen to get better but nah here) and a bit similar to winflo 10 tried them all, now having for every day structure-25(autumn-winter-early spring) and for trainers winflo-10 cz i couldn t find the black pegasus 39 that i had ( if you like winflo 10 then you will prob like pegasus 39 if you find one give it a try the all black rocks! )
Glad I bought the WinFlos on discount!
Amazing! Hope you get tons of miles out of them!
Nice review, I get the winflo tomorrow and just started running. I really like the color and the looks. I train Muay Thai too so running is an important thing for me
Amazing! I hope you love the shoes!

Which one is best for mid distance running 1 mile to 5km...?
Hey Bob, the midsole cushioning of the Winflo is not called „Air“. 😉
The midsole foam used in the Winflo is called „Cushlon“. The word „Air“ refers to the Zoom Air unit which runs through the whole midsole. So it is basically a Cushlon midsole with a full length Zoom Air unit.
The Pegasus has a React midsole with 2 separate Zoom Air units, one in the front and one in the back.
Just saying…
Hi, so actually the Air cushioning is a direct quote from Nikes website. “Full-length Nike Air cushioning” is their exact words for the Winflo 10. You are correct to say that it uses Cushlon foam and I did forget to mention the foam in the video. however it does not have an Air Zoom unit. They got rid of the Air Zoom unit after the Winflo 8. You are correct about the Pegasus, exactly as I say at 0:29 although I love to say “Zoom Air” by mistake 😅. I appreciate you helping me get all the correct information 😀
@@runfrankfurt So I have not cut the shoe open to see what's in there. The reason I came to this conclusion is because it confused me for a long time. So I started to look into it and found separate help pages for nike air and nike air zoom.
I also contacted the Nike Experts and received this reply;
"Thanks for waiting Bob. This product is made from high perfomance foam to give soft and comportable feeling. To be honest there's no Air compartment placed in the shoe sole but the feal that it gives is as same as the Air bubble cushioning gives."
That quote is copy and pasted from the chat including the spelling mistakes.
So that's how I landed on the "Air Cushioning" as the name, the same as Nike says on their site. Also the fact that they dropped the "Air Zoom" from the name after the 8. I have seen multiple other reviews and it is a mix of people saying "Nike Air" and "Nike Air Zoom" so it is extremely misleading from Nike.
However, I hope there is an Air Zoom unit inside it as I think that for the price it is great to have that tech in the shoe. Once I've squeezed out all the miles I want from it I'll cut it open and have a look. I know you're only trying to make sure the correct information is out there and I appreciate it! Hopefully Nike see this and make it clearer for everyone!
@@runfrankfurt No you are wrong, the Winflo line has used Nike Air paired with Cushlon + foam for the past few years. Pegasus uses a combination of Air ZOOM and React foam.
@@benjaminzaoui9683 That is what I said above 😂🤷🏻♂️
@runfrankfurt no, incredible that you obstinately continue to assert this wrong specification of the Winflo after being corrected numerous times. Winflo has an Air unit, not an Air ZOOM unit. They're two different things.
So I saw your video and also a lot of other videos made separately on these shoes and now I am so super confused. The thing with me is that I am a sucker for a really good cushioning. I go to the gym daily and workout also run for 30 minutes. So I know your choice but i still want to ask which one should i go for?
So I do prefer the Winflo. However, The Pegasus does have slightly better cushioning. If plush cushioning is the main thing you look for in a shoe then the Pegasus will most likely suit you better. I think you will be happy with either shoe but the Pegasus sounds more like what you're looking for. I hope this helps :)
@@BobThomasUltra So I looked into more models and came across vomero 16 which happens to have zoomx foam in a very decent price, also after my research on the internet...lol I found out that the vomero one's perform better in stability compared to the pegasus and plus they have zoomx. Would you happen to have any personal experience with em? Or just maybe tell me what are your thoughts on about it?
I have pegasus 39 shild for rainny days and nik winflo 10 for dry days i lov both
That’s great I have the Pegasus 39 too and prefer them over the Pegasus 40
Hello my friend, sorry, I do not understand your language and I want to ask you a question: Which is better for walking and gym? I am hesitant between them.
Either would work extremely well! I would go for the Winflo as I think it’s more comfortable to wear every day and in the gym
They don't look awful xD thanks for the review anyway)
Looks are so subjective, these don’t do it for me! Hope the review was helpful, thanks for the comment 😀
Which one is more durable for frequent long-distance running ?
So they’re both very durable! Both will take you a very long way. On a long run the Pegasus has slightly more cushioning.
Great review and comparison.
I have been using winflo for 2 years now and I have to say, the laces are the worst. It just cant stay in place. I always have to tie a double knot, and sometimes even that comes undone.
But other than that they are really well built.
Yeah I love the Winflo but have struggled with the laces. I just replace the laces after I’ve reviewed them
Póngale a las cintas grasa para lustrar zapatos y adiós problema.
The window 10 gives me shin splints
Ohh no that’s really annoying! I hope you find a shoe that works for you!
Yo! Winflo 10 or Pegasus trail 4 for a light trail 1/2 marathon
Personally I’m not a fan of the Pegasus so would go with the Winflo. However, if you need the grip for the trail you may need to go with the Pegasus.
I got the Peg 40 triple black for $60 😜
MEGA!! What a price 🙌
I am preparing for 5 kn race in 17 min so which shoes i prepare
I’d go Winflo! I think you’ll get more out of it at speed! The Pegasus doesn’t work well when pushing the pace
which wider for feet ? Winflo or pegasus , or same ?!
Winflo is slightly better for wider feet as the toe box is a better shape
@@BobThomasUltra now i found new winflo 11 , u must check it 💪 and give us some advises if its better than 10 🤝
Is It Regular or extra wide?
I have the regular version of both! I haven’t tried the extra wide versions
The Winflo 10 was a recover from the 9's. Also, it has a Full-Length AIR sole. Not just a 2 piece.
So I spoke to Nike direct about this and they said to me that the 10 doesn’t have a full length Air unit. Seems to be a bit of a debated topic! Interestingly the 11 has now come out and is called the ‘Air Winflo 11’ and specifies a full length air unit in its description
@@BobThomasUltra yeah, i just got 2 pair. Their great.
I ordered the winflo 10 and waiting for the test
Amazing! Hope you love the them!
How its going
I have bought puma velocity nitro 2 for 60$. Yeah or nah?
I don’t know, I’ve never tried those sorry.
Velocity are amazing

The Winflo 10 is great for mid distance! Haven’t tried the Rival Fly 3 so can’t comment on those sorry
@@BobThomasUltra yes I previously used rival fly 3 still using... Now wanted to try winflow 10...
Which is the best winflo10 or Pegasus 40 ?
I much prefer the Winflo 10
Just curious, which shoe would be better for athletic recovery?
When you say ‘athletic recovery’ are you referring to recovery runs or just general walking around? I would say both are good for recovery runs but the Winflo is comfier despite having slightly less cushion! Both would work
@BobThomasUltra understood. But which shoe would be better for running on concrete since thats most of my routes?
Guys, I do not know how much running experience you have, but comparing Winflo to Pegasus is like comparing Discipline and Motivation. Could you go and compare Pegasus to Vomero? Pegasus was always a running model shoe for a long time. Winflo has nothing to do with it even if it is a cheaper model and recommended for beginners.
What point are you trying to make here? That we shouldn’t compare them? Please correct me if I’m wrong but I think that’s what you’re saying?
I think we definitely should compare them as they’re quite similar shoes. Yes they are aimed at slightly different markets however, they achieve a very similar result! And will be used in almost identical training situations. So I think it’s a very good comparison. Especially as I think the current Winflo is significantly better than the current Pegasus! So by comparing them I’ve come to the conclusion that I can have a better performing shoe for less money! I think this is helpful information. I’ve also spoke to quite a few runners who’ve tried both and agree. I understand some may disagree and that’s natural and great that the Pegasus performs well for them.
As for the Vomero, I haven’t tried it myself. However, once I have I will compare it to both the Winflo and the Pegasus. Because surely a lot of the value of a shoe lies in how it compares to others?
@@BobThomasUltra it’s just my opinion, everyone can say whatever he/she wants ;) those models are on completely different levels. That’s it
Yeah that’s fair, I agree we should say what we feel and that’s why I took the time for the lengthy reply! I enjoy the discussion.
It sounds to me like you much prefer the Pegasus by a long way and that’s great because that means you’re getting that value from spending the extra money!
Winflow 10 vs Rival fly 3 which one?
I haven’t tried the Rival Fly 3 sorry so can’t tell you which one! The Winflo 10 is great though!
I have wider foot. Should i buy winflow 10 ?
I think the winflo gives you slightly more room in the toe box. I find the Pegasus quite cramped. I’d say Winflo is better for wider feet
@@BobThomasUltra Thanks for the review man, just ordered !!!
Fr my winflo 4 laces get loose all the time 🤣🤣
Winflo 4? That’s cool I didn’t catch onto the winflo until the 7! I think laces can really be hit and miss! I’ve had 2 pairs of shoes with very similar laces and some are a nightmare and some are great!
Which one is good???
As I said in the video. The Winflo is the winner for me
@@BobThomasUltra thanks sir already I ordered for winflo 10
