Future architect here dreaming of building houses like this and being able to make them for fraction of the price want to be able to get this style to the middle class maybe use cheaper materials that can still hold up? We will see

Nice modern styling, very clean and open. Two things though...Why would you ever need an address sign that large? Does anyone not have a GPS these days? Also, who wants a water feature more than a pool/jacuzzi? Plenty of room back there for both

How everyone have huge space at front and back? Our front door opens up in street so whole plot is a box house with only front side open and sharing wall with next house.

It must really be expensive in Vancouver. For 3.88 Mil, I would have expected a pool in the back. It is still a very fine property in spite of that...but a bit overpriced.
In this climate a pool is great but quite high maintenance and will get very pricy if you are heating it daily
