This is a very interesting supplement to the short movie itself. Interesting because it shows not only what actors actually go through during "a normal day at the office", but it also sheds some light on aspects of recording, editing, and special effects. Really, go watch the movie, and then come back to this to see how it all hangs and fits together.
All in all, two thumbs from me!
