CRISPY Baked Chicken Wings | Party Food | Easy Recipe with Mind-Blowing Results

I won't lie, I ate half of these right after shooting the video. In fact, I only remembered to take the thumbnail picture after I had eaten the first piece. This recipe yields chicken wings that are tender, juicy, and simply melt in your mouth.
I give credit to ‪@Recipetineats‬ from where I borrowed the idea of adding baking powder to the seasoning mix. As Nagi mentioned, it boosts the crisping of the skin. Thank you, Nagi!
July 4 is coming up and I really do recommend this recipe to my US folks. It is the real deal!
TIP: After you make the wings, keep them in an open space for aeration. Do not place in an enclosed container when warm or the exterior may get soggy coz of the flour we used in the seasoning.
