In today's review, we will be checking the performance of the MSI B550-A Pro motherboard and see if it is a good proposition for people looking for cheap components. The motherboard is in ATX format and was priced at around $140. The board has good heatsinks and a power delivery that will allow you to mount even the Ryzen 5900X. The motherboard has good equipment that should be enough for a normal user. Overclocking the components went without problems.

It might be a little dull, but it is nice to find a motherboard that isn't geared for a kid in high school, or covered in RGB puke.
i donno why, but in my country, this mobo rarely to find.. we only have 550m-a pro in the market, which is lack of flash bios button..

I would like to build my first pc with this Mboard in the Corsair 4000D Airflow. Can smb tell me if i could use the 10 gbit usb c in the front of the case with this mboard? sorry for this silly question but Im relatively new to pc builds and i would like to use the usb 3.1 gen 2 in the front

Amazing review! I was looking for a low priced motherboard for the Ryzen 5000 series and this seems perfect. For the price there Are a lot of great features. You just got another sub :)
This review sealed the deal for me with buying this board. I had already spent over my budget on GPU and CPU (both critical for my uses bang for buck), so really it was left to the motherboard to take the price hit. It seems this board performs so well against the more expensive options, that It was definitely the best choice in the end. Thanks for a great review.

is it possible to use the supplied m2 heatsink on the bottom slot? since most pci gen 4 drives come with their own heatsink already it would be more useful
