- Two Wheeler Taxi Association Stated That There Are About 200 Commercial Scooty Taxis In Dimapur. When Two Wheeler Taxi Was Introduced In 2019 In Dimapur, Government Fixed Town Trip Rate At Rupees 20 Which Has Now Being Raised To Rupees 40. It Has Also Been Informed That Two Wheeler Taxi Association Is Soon To Introduce Uniforms For Drivers.
That's a good decision
1. Helmet for every pillion.
2. Should have a fixed rate.
3. Uniform should be mandatory with regonisable colour for the taxi drivers.
4. Riding gears should be mantained.

I always prefer two wheeler taxis as the fare is affordable comparing to autorickshaw and to my experience, non of the taxi riders I met charged me any extra.. keep it up two wheeler taxi riders..

Not at all fair in the fare system. Some males is heard saying 40 for town trip whereas some female rs. 50 for town trip. Who would come to finalise the real deals. Authority must fix the exact rates not as they wish. How could they charged according to their will & wish. Severely action must be initiated against such defaulters. 🙏

Two wheelers taxi drivers are charging more than fixed prices.. Yes in some cases we use to take them little bit far but local is local, local meat is tasty but the fares is not.
Much appreciation to all the local youths , i know some of them are well educated one also...such kind is very new to our place, so obviously there will be some imbalances with regard to fare and pillion riders etc...but as a responsible person we should always try to sort out things in a best possible way instead of scolding and blaming one other....time is not very far...Nagaland will surely see changes in many fields.kuknalim✌️

Its kind of deadlock, Yeah the drivers should definitely carry helmet and offer helmet to the passengers, But the passenger also cannot wear a helmet which is being worn by 100s of people, Because People carry different diseases, we never know what can happen, helmet is a must Though,

The govt has issued only 200 Commercial Taxis but there are too many Private riders which I think must be terminated and only the issued number must be allowed to ply.
In future application like rapido should be introduce in Nagaland.

Pillion riders must wear helmet else the concerned authorities penalise the pillion riders for refusing. The fare must be reasonable and uniform and adhered to strictly else two wheelers taxi business will decline and become history.
