Story of my bike - 3T Strada with Todd Hammond

- The 3T Strada has earned a lot of attention in recent years. It is a rethink on the traditional road bike, with an aero frame, 1X configuration (ie. no front derailleur option), has bottle cage bolts on the rear of the seat post, and fits tyres measuring 30mm.
Todd Hammond has owned his custom-built 3T Strada for 13 months. He offers an overview of the bike which is built with a mix of Shimano and SRAM (MTB and road) components on an interesting drivetrain.

I’m really impressed. Beautiful bike. Interesting choice of components.
Built by the legend. Greg C!
Awesome!
Nice bike. Have not heard of that brand before.
Cracking ride. What's the stem you have mounted?
How does it climb--and why did you choose the chainset options you did? I have read that 3T on its standard 1-chain setup is great for flats but you can feel the drop-outs on climbs. Did your setup fix this? Or are there areas where you feel that things could be improved by X & Y? Just curious. It looks great just would love some ride specifics. Thx!
I’m thinking about getting one. The sizing is a little odd I’m 5’8” and the chart shows a 55cm TT but the stack and reach are pretty close to my current setup. How does your height compare to the bike size?
B O M B A 👍👍👍👍👍
Is that a medium or large ?
1St!
William Knowles - cheers mate. Love your enthusiasm, but being 1st in comments here isn’t too much of a challenge. 😉
