    Oh men I'm so loving this. Thanks for all those important tips, again very informative. We/I measure ingredients all the time & indirectly see the little flaws we make to really get accurate measurements. I wish I had seen this video prior to making my Hot Cross Buns in the Easter for the molasses...I definitely will keep that in my memory bank. Thanks for sharing.

    There does seem to be one exception for using dry measures for liquid. It's when you need to measure liquids like oil, vanilla extract, and others using teaspoon or tablespoon measurements.
