Excellent teardown video showing us everything that Bose refuses to do.
Lets face it, once Dr Amar Bose and his colleague Dr William Short had perfected the original design, there was very little else to do with it.
Nowadays you can pick up a cheap Bluetooth streamer and use these with your phone.

To answer your question, 👎 No BOSE wave IV does not have bluetooth its a straight replacment for Bose Wave III with a blue display. You would have thought bose will add that as standard. You need to buy the Bose sound touch wireless link adaptor for bluetooth and WIFI. However then you can use the Wireless link adaptor with any Wave music system does not have to be Wave IV. All is does it connects to the Aux. This device is £100 which does not make any sense because you can buy a good Logitech bluetooth adaptor for £30 and it will do the same job for bluetooth. The only advantage you have with Bose Wifi link adaptor is that you can also use the Bose App for radio internet via Wifi.
I do not know why Bose would release a new model with the same features as the last one apart from blue display but no bluetooth.
Here is the user guide check it out.

@@thespecialist786 Ahhhhh. I thought the pedestal was only for Wii and wired Internet connections.
