      Not poor, Upper, upper middle class. To the poor, this castle is an utterly MANSION! It made me laugh, her complaints about the size and drafts! It wouldn't hurt the royals to live in lower class housing for a time. That way, they would connectbmore with their people, understanding their struggles more. Hopefully granting more to those in that struggle. One could hope. I guess this is why Diana gave her sons the exposure to 'common' and suffering people. I wish she were still alive. • @a.jlondon9947

      Beef broth is the flavorful liquid obtained from the long simmering of meats or meats and vegetables. A is a rich broth that has been clarified to remove impurities. Consommés are perfectly clear and are fat-free. ... is made from a combination of bones, vegetables, seasonings and liquids. Cheers from Toronto eh!

    • @bortsampson6301
      @bortsampson6301 Před 3 lety +5

      Clarifying consommé is actually super cool. You can have a really cloudy broth, then mix in egg white and a tiny bit of vinegar. After it simmers for a bit, the egg white forms a raft on top that contains all of the impurities that clouded the broth. It skims off in one big chunk and turns everything crystal clear without altering the flavor.
      I have seen people crush up egg shells and mix them in with the whites, which does help a bit, but IMO it isn’t usually necessary. The whites alone do a really nice job.

    I personally feel like they over hyped the flavor of soup and in the end it prob tasted bland tbh

      The Brits seem to frequently mispronounce French words. Why? Old animosity? Do they study the French language as students?

      @@margiemcmahon9639 Well I'm a Brit, Margie, but that mistake smacked me in the eye as soon as I saw it. Brits, in general, are REALLY BAD at foreign languages, mainly because they have little interest in them. I am not such a Brit. Despite being a Brit myself, I have taken a lot of interest in foreign languages. I am fluent in German and read French books each and every day, too; and I know other languages, too. Frankly, I would put such a mistake down to ignorance rather than "old animosity". Such ignorance is to be found even in the highest strata of British society.
