Yeah! Missed joining you (both) for a run... Really looking forward to more. Nursing myself back from a nasty ankle twist and all that follows so for me it is more trying to hold back from running more. I love autumn and winter running 😅

I love your videos. Hope you'll come to N. California and run the Mendocino 50 K (April). It'll be my first 50 K but my friends and husband ran it and it's absolutely beautiful. You'd get the redwood, river, ocean, and waterfall all in one race.

That flat trail path in the woods is great. You could go running in the woods with road shoes.
It might be time to begin planning your 200k at 200k run. It would be a shame to break with tradition since the 100k at 100k was such a runaway success.
