Those inverted hybrid snowblowers would be the ticket for residential snowblowing if you could find a 60ish hp tractor with a hydrostat transmission that did 40km/h (25mp/h) ground speed.

How do you blow the end of a laneway with the inverted blower that has been filled in with a mountain of snow. They can get pretty high when we get a huge snowfall.

These are almost always for commercial use, witch never gets that deep... Always gets cleared before its too much for the blower to handle

@@billmcdoofus2660Exactly, that is the advantage to rear mount snowblowers. They leave you the use of your FEL.
