Although i was sceptical about his appointment, i think i love his new mentality. His language, words, shows he wants to be competitive and win from Day 1. This kind of mentality is what is required to succeed at Chelsea. Now, we wait and see because i cant wait to see Chelsea competing at the very Top again.
I think he knows the owners are ready and willing to spend. Every confident manager knows that what is expected are results . Spurs didn’t really back him up. He did miracles with that team lol. If Jose and conte cant win anything with SPURS, then its a problem there lol

I love that, his continuous mentions of instilling that winning mentality from day one! This is a young team but what we've been lacking all these years is a manager who can imprint a certain philosophy on the team. Not these haphazard and reactive styles but a plan A which we revert to by default. It maybe extreme but we've been finally weeding out the players from bygone manager's systems. That has been part of the the problem. This is Poch's clean slate now, I only hope us fans will give him the time and patience....5 years consistently delivering at Spurs is no fluke...he didn't inherit a gifted team there, he molded it. Now hopefully he can do the same. The only difference then is Levy didn't back him the same way Boehly will.
About time Chelsea had a manger with a clear objective 💪, get rid of Lukaku before USA tour and we will all have hope now for the new season

Lukaku-Kane swap deal plus cash 70 million as Levi is afterall a businessman and Kane is in the final year of his contract. Make Kane Chelsea Captain as part of the deal as Chelsea need an experienced leader now that Azpi is gone.

Do worry that his Tottenham teams were always pretty cynical, and because the officials are... let's just say they have their favourites, if he tries to play the same way Chelsea will end up with 8 or 9 players on the pitch at the end of every game.
