Mutton - 500g
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tb spoon
Curd - 2 tb spoon
cardamom powder - 2
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Biryani masala - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder a pinch
Green chilli - 2
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
Oil - 2 tb spoon
Ghee - 1 tb spoon
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 2
Star anise - 1
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Seeraga samba rice - 1.5 cups (250 grams)
Water - 3 cup (for 1 cup of rice add 2 cup of water, total 3 cup)
Juice of half lemon
Ghee
Mint leaves
