If the economies of the United States, Canada or Germany were structured like Nigeria's, they, too, would be failed States like Nigeria. When I discuss this topic with Nigerians living in Nigeria, they would argue with me because they read books and obtained Masters Degree. The reality is not quite the same as text books. In fact, if you relocate to advanced countries, and want to understand the economic system, it will take you more than 10 years to grasp the nuances of Advanced economies. We are doing it WRONG!!! Everything is upside-down, starting from our over-centralized economic structure.
