Bc they want to use the ignorance to fester themselves in power. Now they have a largely illiterate north n poor hence the cause of the insecurity in the north.
That's not to say the east or west or south dont have massive poverty n poor leaders just that for now the north is worse even when they have massive potential for wealth in agriculture n solid minerals. So the east also have a massive poverty problem as well.

I’m glad the professor/doctor talked about modifying or changing prescriptions if they are not effective. In the same vein, the prescription of one Nigeria should be changed since it’s not working. That is the only prescription that will be effective in healing the illness called Nigeria
