Hi guys,
Today's video is a different one for me and one that can be quite controversial.
*I firstly want to highlight the fact that I am in no way endorsing any type of procedure nor would I want anyone to feel as though they need anything done to change themselves. This video is purely for those who like me, interested in getting it done but would like to know more about it. I would rather share my experience so anyone that is considering it, has a little more insight into the pain, swelling, time frames and who I would recommend. Despite this, I do want to emphasize that every person is different and each body will react in different ways.

Just got mine done about 2 hours ago and oh my godddd they’re so sore! What did you do to help with the pain? I’ve been icing them but it seems to make it worse 😅
