Both simple and Delicious!
Ingredients: Yields 1 Pizza
2 Soft Flour Tortillas- Any Size
2-4 oz of your favorite Sauce
3-5 oz Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded
I used 1 Tbsp of Diced Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions and Tomatoes. However, you can choose your own toppings.

MAYBE I COULD PUT ANOTHER WRAP ONTOP SO I COULD THEN TURN IT OVER TO GET SOME GOLDEN COLOUR & CRISPINESS, DO YOU THINK THAT COULD WORK?

You would have to use very controlled heat. Otherwise the tortillas would burn. But besides for that, it should work.
