    These are my guys. I wanted a kill team of them as soon as the Leagues were announced. I love the models, so much character. When the rules dropped, not gonna lie, there was a lot of cope involved. But, I persevered with them, and despite not winning with them much, I've enjoyed playing them and I can hold my own. There's a lot to be said for piloting an underpowered team and I've learned a huge amount about the game while trying to maximize their usage. I'm going to retire my gang for a while, and I'm looking forward to applying all the lessons I've learned to a new team.

    I tried this team for several months. Over twenty games. While their gunners felt strong, they really struggled to play the mission. The amount of mental load to just not lose outright was giving me stress headaches. I gave them up finally and kill team became fun again. I don’t know what to change with the team, but I just did not find them fun. I can confirm that playing against corsairs was painful. Half my games were against them.

    Gotta disagree on the Dozr, He was my mvp my last game, took the center point and also took out 3 drukari and set up a double kill for my plasma beamer. charged in and punched a wounded guy to take the center, defended the point on the next turn by killing his boss (it was brutal rolls for them all ones and a single hit and 2 crits and 2 hits for me). 2 more drukari came in but had to move dash to get there, then on dozrs next activation he punted one guy off the point leaing them with 5 wounds left and fought the last guy, who roll 2 crits and a hit, i got a crit and 2 hits and played hardy to reduce theirs crits to a hit so i survived the first hit slugged them hard, they killed me but i got one last shot in on death and they both died. after that the drukari attempted to shoot my plasma beamer, I take 5 damage, play ancestors are watching, ignore wounds run dash and line up a shot getting 3 crits and that 5 wound guy got hit for 6 mortals and other dude was smoked to.
    Admittedly, dice went my way but that was the best play I've ever had with my salvagers and I'm excited lol, and all thanks to my dozr being a legend (at least that game). Also Corsair voidscared are a really tough matchup for votann so I was surprised how much easier i found the drukari, could be luck or just I'm getting more experience with my dwarves. Salvagers are a little trickier than my other teams (veteran guardsmen and Kommados) but when they click it's a really good feeling.

    Its such a shame the doza isnt very good. I love the model. He really needs something like a fnp to make him a good unit.

    The mat I got from warzone studio didn't have aligned markings, making the measurements pretty useless. 😢

    They need to actually be durable enough to not get absolutely destroyed for playing the mission, which will require them to get shot. This is giving DF4 and/or more wounds. The KT designers do not understand how to make things "Durable" and its infuriating to see them describe the team this way. This is a dice pool game. The only way to make things durable is to increase the pool or increase the wounds. A 3+ save with only 3 dice isn't doing anything for anybody.
    They'll never make this change though. The game has too many teams who's entire plan is to not interact with your enemy as much as possible, and this is one of them.
