I have a question, can you post a photo of the plans with the chassis measurements?
wd-40 it softens the bead, helps when putting the tire on the rim and helps seating the bead
I am so glad you stopped to go over tire safety. That shit had me anxiety ridden because I have seen a "new" tire explode on someone and it ain't pretty, even with the strap.

Great video!!! Keep it up. Me and my son love watching stuff like this. You put the bolts in the hubs wrong though. The head goes towards the kart and the nuts goes away from it. So you can just remove the nuts if you have to change out the wheel.

If a new tire explodes you're shopping in the wrong place! Just lube the rim, the tire slides effortlessly!

Quick question: why did you take that one part out of the engine in the beginning
That part was the governor. It makes it so it can’t go as fast, so when he took that out it allowed the kart to go faster.
How long is the axle??

Stops it from governing.
Allows the engine to rev past it’s governed state. So basically free power hahaha

What is a Governor?
Don't ever put your tire in a 5 gallon bucket and put ratchet straps around the bucket to set the bead. It's super duper dangerous.
