Thanks again, you must be reading my mind. My vaulter went from 3.15 to 3.45m this past weekend. It was incredible. He is on a 12' 150lb pole. He is swinging past the bottom hand but not the top hand. Got some work to do.

Bit too much “tapping”. Would be good to see what the vaulter is doing with their own generated momentum
