  • This quiet, low impact lower body pilates workout is only a 20 minute workout! Get ready to workout your butt, thighs and calfs! Day 8 Pilates Anywhere Challenge! This at home pilates lower body workout will burn out your booty / glute, outer thighs & hamstrings ! This at home pilates class uses ankle weights (total optional). This class is a mix of pilates & some athletic moves to keep you on your toes! Feel stronger and more confident today!
    This challenge is designed to do anywhere, which is great for December where a lot of y'all are traveling or running short on time. Two weeks, 10 workouts under 30 minutes. I will add a few workouts below if you want to add another workout to your day. I am so excited to workout with y'all! Lets end 2021 stronger, more confident and energized for the start of 2022!
