I find it interesting that your step son was embarrassed of his dream. Maybe deep inside he knew that he had some affection for his teacher and didn't know how to deal with it and when he realize you and your wife understood that it revealed his feeling of embarrassment.
Its been 4 years!!! and I still use this video to teach Dream interrpreation to my students.
