I've always thought Kenny did a superb job on this song, just the kick it needs. Also, I think I hear Rabbit doing some backing vocals at the blues bit at the end there. Cool!
this is a great concert....i had a friend who lent me the 2 or 3 record set back in the day.....loved it...clash and queen were also on it. pretenders were also very good...
Keith blessed Kenny on this night. Holy shit being the new drummer playing on the old drummers set! You can be as pro as one can be it's still Keith Moon's set! No pressure right! Great job Kenny. Titanium balls on that guy!
I always remember the "version" of this video that was on MTV that had the special video effects added during the little instrumental lull. They were pretty silly and wish this had been the version they played.
One of those songs where the live version is better than the studio version
Great drum solo near the end!

I agree...the studio version stinks compared to this.
Kenney Jones shreds this whole show.

I've still got the record, called Rock For Kampuchea.
Monkey Man. I still skank to it!
GREAT VERSION- GREAT SONG- GREAT BAND!!!
Ahh..... Great live music....camera work is excellent too

During the whole concert Pete was totally hammered, but he still played like a pro.

I remember that too from the early 80s and was looking for it here. mtv played such good music back then.

Kenny faired well on drums !
Never understood the slow empty part of this super catchy song...
Daltry with a wireless mic just isn't right.
That's a wired microphone for sure. Look again.
Not wireless.
The wire is black so you don't see it at first.
Replacing Keith Moon was tough on drums ... This guy fit in !
