That Romanian guy is going to be gutted when he's deported to Russia.
Lmao. That made me laugh, good one. Should get pinned.

Netherlands person here,
Just wanted to tell that if we speak english, we don’t speak the accent like the actor in the video
Stay safe!
It´s very much an accent of a cheap czech actor
Don't worry, we know. The "cops" in the show look like porn stars ;-)
@@Kamamura2 aha so that's where they get these actors from!
It's funny because Dutch people speak English very well and they didn't even bother to use an actor with better accent. 😄
Yes, this sounds pretty much like "czenglish"
As a romanian I tell u that scammers never act alone. They have at least 3 'eyes', guys who look if there are not cops. Those eyes could spot a cop miles away and in seconds they disappear in the crowds.
The cop video is cheap/worthless like the Belorussian old money.

There are cameras everywhere ..if they want they can couth then but they want

At 2:48 the police officer handcuffs the suspect so the officers leg is caught by the suspects arm. Seems like smart pro move 😂 Maybe the officer will need to take off his shoe aswell to get his foot from the entrapment 😂
the most fake thing in this show is how broken that "dutch" guys english is

I tend to contradict you. If a percentage of our Roma country goes through other countries to steal, beg for money or any other illegal method, this does not mean that we are all the same. I live in Austria and I have met people from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany and even pure Austrians who do the same thing that you described in this comment. So just for your information I tell you that in any country there are beggars, thieves and so on and not only from Romania but from many other countries. As a Romanian subscriber and honest person, I feel offended by the existence of such people in the streets of both your country and ours. They are in no way, shape or form representative of our people and should be swiftly dealt with.
Don't worry. I am English and have travelled a lot in Europe. Romania is one of my favourite places on Earth and one place where I have made some genuine friends. I have met some of the kindest, most genuine and generous people in Romania.

Yes, that is a 100 lei banknote. It's around 540 czech Koruna.
100 lei quite useful in Romania. Just as an example a water bottle is around 2.5 lei. So you could afford 40 bottles with one 100 RON bill.
In Spain with 20 euros i can buy 100 bottles in Mercadona

They should change the name of the show to something like "Crime Entertainment" sort of like WWE and make it obvious that it's fictional.
They want people to believe it's actually real. Different name would defeat the purpose. And trust me...a ton of people believe these shows to be real -_-

couldn't the Czech authorities have this show banned and charged for impersonating the police in public? this definitely wasn't a closed-set. Let alone driving around in marked car.
Im sure the laws aren't the same as the US, but this one seems like it would be in most places.
What if there were an actual emergency and someone approached these 'police' for help.
Maybe because it is the same government letting scammers roam free and conduct their scams.

Being that it’s a tv show and there were camera people I doubt they gave the real cops look…
People film movies and shows with cops all the time. It’s not impersonating if they are filming and probably got permission.

Hi!
As a Russian person, I would like to add, that we do NOT know Romanian language.
Thank you.
Well, honestly, i was looking for that comment
I'm sure that at least one Russian knows it.🤣
what about moldavians / "pridnestrovye citizens" with parallel romanian passport?
Actually many Russians took Romanian , Bulgarian , Slovak , Slovenian ,UE languages lessons in order to get UE passports.
It is full the internet with announces like that.
Actually, the old Romanian bills are not worthless. You can still exchange them to the National Bank and get the same amount of money. The old bill of 1.000.000 Lei is now 100 Lei. We just removed 4 zeros. The bills have the same design.
Thank you Janek and Honza for this video.
Oh boy, they surely had a tight budget for this police "show".
Prima TV is a budget TV station;)
It's good to see you've not only got a fantastic grasp of the English language, but you're a natural at sarcasm too!
You just need a cup of tea and you'd pass as a native!

"He will be deported"
That cop just made his decision right there!
Actually he can't deport any UE citizens for that.
A-Z totally Idiocracy fake tabloid scenes.
I was always suspicious when I was watching shows like Police in Action, Border Police etc. At least here in Greece, it is strictly forbidden to show someone accused of a crime on TV (even when caught red-handed), unless he has been arrested and is on trial or the prosecutor has ordered to do so.
So you think that the whole world have the same laws that Greece have?
I really like the way the "cop" put his leg on the "scammer" at 2:47
I would like to see him stand up once the handcuff are on.
Omg, that's funny 😅
i dont really understand why they're giving so much trash to Romanians, especially since its not a real police patrol.
birds of a feather
BTW ,by being Romanian he is an EU citizen. Therefore he cannot be deported
EU citizens can be deported to their home country if they are found guilty, instead of being jailed
"EU citizen" is not the same as a citizen of a nation. If a French guy brakes the law in Germany he can be deported back to France.
May I just say, you nailed that Dutch accent.
Also the guy acting like he was from the Netherlands absolutely pissed me off because 1. His accent wasn’t even close and 2. Calling the cops in Czech Republic as a foreigner is much more hilarious then this by my experience. It took me three calls to get someone on the line who understood english, I was then told to wait for the english speaking cops to arrive. When they arrived two hours later they did not understand a word of english but wanted me to sign some czech documents haha
They were incredibly friendly and patient, but damn, that was a tough conversation ;)
I feel your pain. I was with a group of other English friends in Prague and one had some stuff stolen from their bedroom. The hotel staff called the police. I volunteered to help because I speak Czech and the police who didn't speak anything but Czech used me as a translator for a couple of hours (!) in the hotel and then asked me to go to the station with them to help fill out a report. Like an idiot I agreed. I was there for five hours!!! I felt like I'd been arrested. Also when I left the police station I didn't know where the fuck I was as I'd gone there in a police car. All good fun.

yes but Romanians are usually sort of brown looking similar to Russian and the accent also. Although Russia is much more ehtnically diverse so it's hard to tell the difference. Most people in Central or Western Europe just can't tell the difference. Either way, singling out a group of people like this is just wrong.

In Swiss TV there is a show called "Jobtausch" (Jobswap) in which professionals from Switzerland change there job with people of the same profession from another country. In one episode there were two real police officers from Switzerland who swapped with the police actors from this very video. So the real polics officers had to act in the Czech TV serie and the Czech actors somehow did real police work in Switzerland. One problem I remember was, that the Swiss cops solved the cases too fast and with too little drama.

OK, I'm a bit embarrassed, but I did watch several episodes of this show wondering what Czech police/citizen interactions were like. Specifically, I was wondering about crimes, civil rights, and arrest procedures since I had also watched several US "Cops" programs. I was a bit shocked! Many times I thought, "Wow! In the US, that guy/gal would have been tackled and/or shot by now!" After some serious doubts of the police behavior I Googled around and discovered the show was all acting and not real. This is not a good show to learn Czech laws nor police procedures, etc. Might be good to preface each episode disclosing the true nature of the "drama".

transylvania should be independent,
@@codboss7092 why is that?
@@EggyGTO because originally transylvania used to be inhabited by multiple different people, hungarians, szeklers, saxons, romanians. transylvania was the first place in the whole world to declare freedom of religion, thats how diverse it was. also transylvanian culture in general has a different identity from romanian cultlure in general. after communism saxons were kicked out, and szeklers are soon going to be kicked out too, and there are only going to be romanians. not to mention that many romanias in transylvania also want an independent transylvania because bucharest is milking transylvania, transylvania produces more to the romanias economy and the money transylvania makes is often sent to moldova and other poorer places, if transylvnia would be independent it would have a way higher gdp and would already be in the Schengen.
