    100 grams garlic - 25pesos
    2 whole onion - 10 pesos
    1/4 cup white sugar - 2.4 pesos
    1/4 cup brown sugar - 2.4 pesos
    1/4 cup light brown sugar - 2.3 pesos
    1/8 tsp cane vinegar - 50 centavos
    Pork & Chili
    1/3 of Alamang Guisado mixture
    100 grams Pork Kasim - 16pesos
    2 green chili - 2 pesos
    Sweet and Spicy
    1/3 of Alamang Guisado Mixture
    1/8 cup brown sugar - 1.2 pesos
    1 tbsp white sugar - 60 centavos
    1 tbsp light brown sugar - 60 centavos
    3 to 5pcs siling labuyo 2 pesos
    (optional if may chili garlic ka, pwede 1 to 2 tbsp chili garlic oil)

    To all viewers who wants to know the shelf life, she said 2-3 mos…. Tomatoes are considered acidic , u have the choice not to include it… Vinegar and sugar seems to act as a preservative agent to the Bagoong…
    In my experience, sterilization is important, avoid cross contamination, wait for the bagoong to cool down before bottling..and if u guys want to go in depth for preservation, do Steam Canning before sealing ur product…just for safety n avoid spoilage..hope this helps
