GINISANG BAGOONG ALAMANG WITH PORK l Shrimp Paste l KusinaMotto

Bagoong Alamang (Sauteed Shrimp Paste) is an indispensable ingredient in a lot of Filipino dishes.
Though at times, some (especially non-Filipinos) are not keen on its distinct smell. But for me i do really love bagoong alamang specially if i sauteed it myself. This is very easy recipe, if you want it spicy you can add chili just like what i did. So let's start cooking!
You'll need:
Shrimp Paste or Bagoong Alamang
4 gloves Garlic minced
1 medium size Onion minced
2 tbsp.Sugar
1 tbps. Soy sauce
2 tbsp. Vinegar
4 tbsp. Cooking oil
150g pork liempo(chop in small pieces) you can skip this if you don't want pork meat
chili flakes if you want it spicy (optional)
