Rally Tower Build EP5 - Yamaha Tenere 700

Maaaaan, it never ends LOL.
No 5, we finislize the shape of the tower, mount the high beams, speedo and add supports for side fairings.
Ep 6 will be interesting, making of windshield

I don’t think you can make a video that’s too long when it’s about something so interesting as building a rally tower from scratch! Nice one!!

Thanks for all the videos. Going to build one for my xr650L. Going to use brass inserts that you can "melt" into plastic. I use a lot of them on my 3d printed projects just haven't used ones this big (they do make them). Been building a 3d drawing in onshape.

You could maybe get a small jubilee clip cut it screw it to light then the tower and use it as a light steady and adjuster ye .think maybe a lot of vibration .

​ @Everything Tenere Both are true. However, you are managing to find a very good middle ground between giving enough detail but still managing to give us an update every other/few days! I am loving it! I already wanted to build a rally tower for my T7, but now with all of this (and especially if you do give us some dimensions/templates at the end) I am 1000 % making one for myself and helping out a couple of other friends of mine that also want to rally their T7s. This is fantastic and entertaining content and a great DIY guide!
