honestly the eye shadow was really pretty before the liner and the brows. it looked beautifully blended and the color scheme was nice. i think some mascara with no liner would’ve been a good look.
i’m not going to talk about the final lip because i truly have no words, she should’ve stopped at the second coat.
How do these absolutely horrifying make-up artists get jobs, even my dad who would never touch make-up would do a better job, shocking that they can make a living doing this crap.
To be fair, she said it was for a figure skating event so i imagine that’s why she went a little crazy on purpose with the colours and highlighting because figure skater make up looks are extreme. The blue lips however was a huge miss lol
That's not what makes it bad though. It's the technique and how she applied that. I could do my makeup right now with a sunset orange-yellow shadow with an ungodly amount of highlighter and blue lips and make it look good because I actually know how to do makeup. This girl doesn't.

This video has it all once again - missing MUA's nail, dirty everything, broken palette, random child at the back, table top Judy, unexplainable makeup choices, black liner all around the eye and today we have the "makeup for sale being used" returning!

Thank you so much, I cannot stop laughing right now that entire comment you wrote just has me in utter shambles. My favorite part was the skating demonstration followed up by the Techno swell to the crescendo of the squelching sound of foundation droplets being squelched onto her face. All we need is like a donkey in the background and yeah you're right we would have everything. Peace and love from the Midwest my guuurrrlll!

I'd like to give 0,5 points to this lady for using fresh out of the box wipe to clean the brush, instead of dirty towel (with the hope, these wipes are actually meant for a facial use) 🏆
The wipes she’s using seem like baby wipes.. which is better then a dirty towel but I believe that baby wipes say not to put it near your eyes…. 🥹
They looked like those Clorox sanitizing bleach wipes to me lol I hope not.

I've been watching Judy D for years, and as a current bartender and previous makeup artist, my boyfriend never understood why I watched these reviews. However he is a chef that loves to watch Kitchen Nightmares, Judy you have perfected the idea of correcting what's wrong and showing what isn't right in certain industries for those who don't know better!! For those people who don't have knowledge in this industry it's educational and entertaining and I hope your skin survives❤️
So true, she is basically makeup nightmares or true beauty crimes in most of these videos! So much that I find myself so happy for her when she finally has a great artist doing her makeup. I truly cannot believe these people charge! I remember feeling so nervous the first times I charged people because I was afraid I wasn't good enough. These people have too much confidence and not enough self reflection to charge and I needed more confidence in what I learned. But they did not learn anything before charging. I just couldn't do that. It's a crime against art and beauty! lol Sending you love and light! 💖
I don’t think it’s fair to call them MUA’s. They’re hairstylists that really know nothing about makeup artistry. The fact that she didn’t know how to use foundation (let alone using the right shade too) but she used the same brush for every eyeshadow color.

It's more than likely a stretch to call them hair stylists as well. Especially after Judy talked about all of the box dyes laying around. It seems that a lot of these places are just people who walk in off the street or are a family that don't really have any expertise.
She is so unsanitary that I’m almost ready to 🤮 nothing is right with this 😂 how can you even offer a service and not know anything about applying makeup?

The look that was done on my wedding day by a "MUA" still has me in tears to this day. It was atrocious. I felt like I was having a Judy D moment that day. It ruined my wedding and made me late for my own special day 😔😩

@@vminhope3040that's what i do and thats what I tell my mom to do but that lady doesn't care omg the every time she goes to a MUA near her home is a disaster she got messes up eyebrows for 100 dollars and 50 dollars eyelashes that easily flew off with the wind it was crazy I never seen that before
You should have a real professional MUA recreate some of these looks. I bet they would come out so pretty!

There is MUA in youtube who does that, Pamela Segura, the problem is that she does the videos in spanish but she had done some Judith's worst rated make ups.

I lost it when you said that they put the lipgloss up for sale again. 🤢I thought I was used to these MUAs by now but that sent me.
i kept trying to see the makeup working throughout:
me gasping at the foundation shade: oh it blended out rather nicely
me appalled at the yellow eyeshadow up to bad drawn eyebrows: oh it kinda does accentuate judy's beautiful eye clour
me with mouth wide open to the many lip layers with shades that have no business being together: oh she wanted that coolish purply blue-ish lip colour from the start so it can go with the eyemakeup
me sweating profusely to the digging she did to judy's nose with that highlighter and making it 100 times bigger: i meaaannn she might've taken judy's ice skating "career" into account lmao
i mean i really tried lol
Okay. For how horrendous this entire experience was for you…yellow eyeshadow truly looks amazing with your dark brown features and skin tone ❤ like, get a pro MUA to do a yellow sunset makeup look! It would be STUNNING. Love you Judy! 😘

Whenever I do my friends makeup, I go in with the thought process of "I want this to look like makeup I'd personally wear" and I think more make-up artists should think this way. Yknow I get some have to get out of their comfort zone for certain styles, I do too, but I kinda assume most makeup artists are willing to do all sorts of fun make-up looks to themselves.
She really went through almost every colour of the rainbow for those lips! I was expecting her to go green next. Imagine if she had done a darker red with a warm orange hue, it would’ve matched with the eyeshadow. But no… blueish purple… when yellow & purple are on the OPPOSITE sides of the colour wheel & thus are very very likely to clash horribly.

Anytime I see them make that first DARK brown line to fill in the brows I have a heart atttttttttaaaaaaaccccckkkkkk - honestly why did she start with such a dark color 😫. I’m blonde so I don’t have brows to begin with but bruh it seems like all these makeup artists have a vendetta against natural brows

That was a mac corrector she put on her lips. Why would a lip need to be color corrected? How can they do Mac and their beautiful correcting palette so dirty? Oh no that was the Mac Library Flame Boyant palette she used.😢 What happened Lindas? What happened??? She even had professional Mac products to use.
