This is another makeup artist that if you gave him some actual quality makeup and some good classes, would do quite well! I wish he could go and work at a MAC store or studying in an actual school to learn more techniques and tools, but he is definitely not hopeless, clearly passionate and open to be bold and adventurous! He clearly has a long way to go, but sometimes I like to think about maybe that kit took him long years and money to put together and he is trying the best he can. I dont know. I pray he is gonna be blessed with some new makeup and classes.

If only he would’ve just taken concealer and added it to your eyelids and used it as a base with a little bit of powder on top to set - then maybe the eyeshadows no matter how cheap the colors would’ve stayed in your eyes that’s why the brushes pick up the color but vanishes as soon as he places them on your eyes because they have no base to grip on 😭

I think he wanted more pigment and felt the brushes were blending it away, you can use brushes even with a cheap eyeshadow or more pricy eyeshadow, the key is a really good eye primer will help you take those shadows a long way.

I had a really cheap palette like that in the past and the pigment was really bad. I never thought to try applying it with my fingers though 🤣.

When I was 17 I was given a free makeup appointment for prom. You must go see her for your show one day 😂. I sat there 2 hours getting my face beat just to scrub it off with bottled water in my car UPSET haha
Someone in the comments said that a makeup wipe company has to do a collab line with you and I am absolutely invested in this idea now 😂 this needs to happen! Some makeup brands have their own little skin care lines, like elf. It would be dope if they did a big collab with you for makeup remover (wipes or micellar water), cleanser, soothing eye cream (as you are frequently abused by crunchy, jagged eyeliners) and a soothing skin mist or moisturizer so you can bring your face back to life after sitting in a makeup chair for hours and hours paying people to abuse your face 😆 please can we make this happen? Powder was so cheap and lacks so much pigment that he had to plaster it on with his fingers. Cheap eyeshadows fall off without a finger or a sponge unfortunately. They’re chalky AF

He did way better with picking complimentary colors to your eyes and skin than most of them do. And the finger thing...some colors go on better bc the heat warms it up. It didn't look bad over all. And there's usually nothing wrong with using lip liner on eyes. It's all going in your body. Just different formulas.

Most top muas use their fingers, it makes the products melt into the skin better. It's only the young and inexperienced who think fingers are unhygienic.

OK, I get so freaked out seeing how dirty everything looks, like seriously if I did makeup you would never catch me having dirty palettes or using my fingers. I clean my palettes when I'm doing my makeup. How do places like this survive and make money? 🤔

Most top muas use their fingers, it makes the products melt into the skin better. It's only the young and inexperienced who think fingers are unhygienic.
@@tyffaneelavely8087 was just going to say that, clean fingers are alot more sanitary than dirty brushes and sponges. Also fingers help warm foundation and concealer up for a more natural blended finish. Fingers are a great tool for mua's even the most professional mua's use fingers
