Why? This platform form is fine with this set up, remove the snow guard in the box. Other than that he is good , also get the intake inlet after market. I’d start saving for the clutch so you can work towards proper stage two, nice seeing mk8 on videos now
@@theenthusiast136 my duuude knows his stuff! Exactly what I had in mind, the most restrictive parts with this platform are the down pipe and turbo inlet. Clutch definitely coming soon for sure! Y’all will get all that content 🤙🏾
@@Stoneymk8 I have a mark 7.5 this platform is good mark8 is a bit better in some ways such as the bigger turbo already bigger brakes lsd etc but the interior with actual buttons is the way to go wish they never got rid of them. Still like them though. I work at vw dealership but im an even bigger Honda head lol 😂
@@theenthusiast136 nah couldn’t agree more, definitely a fan of the mk7 interior. I was actually looking for a 2019 but at the time the price for one of those was the same price I found the mk8 for with the same miles so yk you gotta go with the new. But these touch buttons aren’t bad day to day as you get use to them, I haven’t really had any problem with them 🤙🏽
