Went out to black forest Colorado to bid a construction clean. Pricing is per window, I also account for labor gas, and equipment cost.

The estimate is for glass only?
Do you charge extra for sills, frames and tracks?
I used to charge different for each window but that gets crazy...Now I come up with one good average price per window and it usually balances it out...
Also keep track of the square footage and what you wanna make per hour and should not be less then $100. After looking at these three factors: Sqft/ time/ window price , It helps on the next job, especially if you are going to hire help...Anyways that's what I do!

Thanks a LOT for the comment! This is Glass only. I dont charge for Frames or sills unless they need more than a quick wipe. i charge $3-$10 o per set of tracks depending on how dirty they are. I charge $3-$7 Per Screen. I also charge For Gas, Equipment use and $20 per hour Per person in labor.
I just Revised my quote sheet, i will post it up for everyone to see in my next video while i do the construction clean. Thanks for your point of view, one of the toughest things so far is getting a good system of pricing, its always nice to see what other window cleaners do.
