@@henrywalton5967 Heard 3 live songs out of curiosity. No. No complexity while he is singing. Also not actually singing like Mustaine does (or at least tries to). Mustaine sings on top of complex time signatures without his voice just following/flowing with the guitar but keeping its own time signature or pace. Its very very hard to make your brain work with 2 different time signatures at the same time especially when you add technical complexity to the mix. Not impossible of course, there are street musicians who can play 3 instruments at the same time. But it is very rare.
DiSanto plays basic fast riffs (actually easier to sing along) and follows the guitar pace with his voice.
Similar to what Mille Petrozza of Kreator does... but even then Petrozza plays some more complex riffs while he sings.

It took me forever to get into Megadeth, for some reason. Back then, first I loved Anthrax, then Metallica, then eventually Slayer. It's now as an adult that I'm finally really reaching in and grabbing big gobs of guts from Megadeth's catalog, and I have to say....there's something about Dave himself that is so compelling just as a human being. I haven't even listened through all of their material yet, but I bought his autobiography and am loving it so far. I know through the years Metallica (specifically Lars and James) have minimized Dave's impact on the band, and tried also to dismiss Dave's hurt for so many years at being kicked out of the band, but really, the autobiography makes it VERY easy to understand why. I understand that they are on better terms in recent years, and I think it's great. James and Dave both have grown and matured so much as human beings, and it's a joy to listen to interviews with either, any time I can find them!

The guy had a troubled and f*cked up childhood, later he found his passion to overcome it; later he found the band to push his talent forward then they kicked him out, he formed a better band. Later he lost his ability to play for his injury in his hand, he came back with great music; he had cancer, he kicked it out and for what I've seen on YT he's sounding great. What am I trying to say? You can say a lot of things about Mustaine about his personality, but no one can deny he's a true fighter. Someone that never gives up and always come back stronger. Most people would have given up.
