    J B weld quick works till 375.
Bike builders use it to smooth out frames, and used for cold side ports, mostly raising the floor.

yes But many times over 275f-300f bonded to aluminum it can separate from the aluminum. its more because the aluminum expands way more then the jb weld does Depends on the parent metal its bonded to.

What I do on sled drag motors is close the read stop the thickness of the stop fill the intake with epoxy stuff the reed cages to form a mold.then I blend and then remove the read stops.i use the epoxy as the read stops.

We have done that as well over the years what we have found is on drag engines and even snowmobiles That works well but with power sports that are constantly on and off the throttle or coming in-and-out of the water banging off the rev limiter if you do that the reeds just don't last they break very quickly.

Great video again! Do you still use splash zone today for the reed area?

Do you typically do this kind of work for freestyle or is this beneficial for racing or rec riding as well. I don't race but I do practice running buoys with buddy's who do and I like to jump wakes and run across the lake with my blaster when im not.

I find that with epoxy the worse it smells the better it works don't trust an epoxy that smells good
