The one who is in the intro/hook is Gloc 9 -One of the legendary hip hop artist here in PH. The hook is all about Gloc, whom for a very long time, has been searching for someone to be a successor of hip hop; the future of quality hip hop. And he finally found him in persona of Shanti Dope. They basically spit the reality of life and Shanti on his own experience, the struggles that he surpassed, the challenges he conquered, his aim, his foundation, his influence (he's street influenced). Actually, Shanti's verses that tells his story compliments the hook. So yeah, he is the one. A sixteen years old protegé of gloc 9. This track is a collab but it seems that Gloc made this one for Sean (shanti dope) and for everyone to declare that he is the one he's passing the legacy to. That's why the outro is, “Dapat karapat dapat siyang pag iiwanan mo” = “The one you will pass the legacy to, should be deserving.” The title says it all.
