Many bank advocates are like this only. They send juniors to court who do not know the ABC of the case or bank rules. In the lower court at Narsapuram, w.g.dt judge used to ask me( I was a bank officer) to present the facts of the case .

Main problem is, main parties need to be questioned first directly by judges..Indian courts heavily depend on lies of lawyers.

See we should properly feed with full information before allowing to appear on behalf of Bank .But unfortunately Bank staff themselves are not well acquainted with case before appearing in court .That exactly is the reason why advocate fumble in courts .

  • @ashokkamble697

Lawyers like these are responsible for piling up of cases in courts.
