I’ve gone ahead and bought one after watching this video extremely helpful, it’s a fantastic item if you are like me, a wannabe outdoorsy type and don’t really have much campfire cooking experience. One thing I love about is it’s so easy to clean after a cookout just brush it down with a narrowing paintbrush to get ash off. After owning Iyar for 2 weeks I’ve used it about 4 times, once on a beautiful Scottish beach cooking up some Korean BBQ chicken thighs on toasted brioche bun! It was AMAZING…..the kids were able to use the stove as the fire is enclosed in the flue part of stove and the outer cage was cool to touch. Makes for a much more relaxing cookout for parents with a bunch of excited children running around

This was a factor in my buying the stove, less smoke and burns fuel efficiently. Got one 2 weeks ago and I’d say it’s definitely worth the investment. I love the fact that it’s safer to use when kids are around as fire is enclosed and has a cool touch wire cage
