Whew, the coronavirus is staging a pandemic around the globe this AGE OF COMPUTERS. Anxiety is gripping me to what punishment the WORLD is experiencing for all unlimited careless ambitions of humankind. And suddenly while browsing my CZcams, this video appeared. OMG, it pierced my heart once more just like that fateful day of August 16, 1977. The footages of grieving ELVIS FANS AND ADMIRERS are monumental manifesto of what this GUY WHO STARTED IT ALL had been to all who believed in his firm determination to stand up from RAGS TO RICHES. Yet he never forgot where he came from and with fervent respect and prayers, he THANK GOD for it all!!!

Such a beautiful song sung so softly by Elvis but with such emotion. As Olivia has said below, the lyrics seem to reflect how he lived out life in his last year. It's still hard to think that he died all alone despite all of those around him. RIP. Elvis. XX

I was on my way home from my Girlfriends house and when I got in I turned on the T.V. and saw the announcement. I was 21 and had been a big Elvis fan for years, Mad thing is that when I got into work the next day all the lads started Laughing at me because they knew I worshipped Elvis and don't forget I was only 21 but I had Pictures of Elvis at the side of my Machine, One point is that in those days I could listen to Elvis and watch him on stage or in Movies and I Still can, So Elvis you are Still Alive to me and always will be !!!!!!!!!

There has been so many prematured death, but this one makes me feel like Elvise came here like some exam and people did not passed it. That is why Elvis left the building too early and that is why so many people still feel grief. It makes me feel like Elvis Presley was different and special one and people in this footage felt it and knew it.

In Country Swing/Rock and the well written ballads, Waylon Jennings was the King...he and his close, close friend Johnny Cash were something to watch perform too...now these 3 greatest will we see no more and taking all our heartaches and pain away.

Can remember that dreadful day like yesterday. Just finished my night shift. Picked up my girlfriend. Went for a bevie. Played " cant help falling in love with you " on the jukebox. Dropped off my girlfriend at home. Then went home myself. Big brother John and Carol his true love and wife were there with my mom and dad and on the telly was the king. " what's going on " i asked. The news hit me but didn't sink in. Next day at work i was in a daze. So unreal....just couldn't believe it or get to grips. 😢🙏 one more thing. My dad went bowling on the following Saturday and when he came back home he told me that there were grown men and hard nuts crying their eyes out in the pub......Elvis. ...he had an effect on every one. ...👑

Watching this I’m crying and feel as sad as those fans ! I can’t believe he didn’t win more Grammys but only three for Gospel music . Yes, it makes me mad that he was not recognized more by the Grammys Academy.
