Let's see how a knock-off apple pencil clone stacks up against the real thing in this comparion and review! The Active stylus pen with palm rejection vs the real apple pencil 2. I use the knock off one and I’m a artist. I can deal with the fact there is no pressure thing because you can change optically and thickness in 3 seconds on the side. So actually its pretty good. The battery life is 15 hours and for charging its only 2 hours. So i say its a very good alternative also for artist. Hope this helps

The knock off is great for Ibis paint x, or other apps that DON’T require pressure sensitivity but can mimic an Apple Pencil drawing experience.
I literally have the 17 dollar stylus slipped into my iPad case as I write this! I think it's a great device for 17 USD! Great for note-taking.I just think it's funny now I came across your video lol

@@Shup_bowl_ In terms of latency, it’s very good actually! At least, I was surprised, it being such a cheap stylus. I don’t actually own an apple pencil, but I do have a Logitech Crayon, which has a very similar technology built into it. Comparing those two, they’re about the same!

@draco malfoy is cuteee Great question! That would depend on a couple of things. First, is your device a tablet or a smartphone? Do you want to use it for art or simply for note taking? And finally, how barely working is your device? If you have a tablet, then I would definitely recommend purchasing a stylus. Over the 5-6 months that I’ve been using a stylus with my iPad, I’ve never looked back on the purchase! It was 100% worth it. If you are using a smartphone, then it really depends on your usage of the device. If you are trying to do basic tasks, like note-taking, then it is a farely good buy. If you are wanting to do art, then that still depends on whether you are doing more detailed art or simple sketches. For in-depth artwork, I would say no, don’t get a stylus, as it will not work very well. Also, how “barely working” is your device? Is it’s screen broken? If so, then maybe save up and buy a new device, up to you. If it’s battery is starting to stutter, then I would still recommend purchasing a stylus, as you can simply use it with the device plugged in. Hope this helps!

not everyone is an artist. The pressure sensitivity only matters if you are an Artist or designer OR have the Ipad PRO the other Ipad models dont have the screen pressure sensitivity ANYWAYS those users would be paying more for a pencil and not even use the capabilities. The price difference is really a huge factor for virtually a universal stylus. I have been using the knock off for a year as a power user student, I purchased the USB C variant because it uses the same charger as the ipad air 4. Great alternative for about 25% of the price!
Hey bro, one question, do u know if its compatible with Good Notes or Notability?, Íve been really thinking about getting a cheap stylus instead of the apple pencil.
The general consensus among digital artists, even with a matte screen protector, is that you should only have to replace your apple pencil nib once a year. So $15-$20 for a box of four is still a pretty good deal. I had a feeling that pressure and tilt sensitivity was going to be an issue.
I found you on my reccomended feed with the animals crossing switch video. I must say I am surprised you don't have more followers! That’s an “old, newer at that time” nokia small pin charger (2 mm), it’s popular in the 6 series nokia (6085 until 6600 if I’m not mistaken. It replaced the 3.5 mm charger, still visible in nokia 6230i and below. At the time charger only has one function, to charge.

For my cheap Stylus I’ve learned to use the opacity slider with my non-dom hand whilst drawing so I can get the different pressures without having to stop or take the stylus off of the screen. Btw the nib screws off, not pulls.
I bought one Chinese pen kinda like this one and I love it.
I’m not an artist so the lack of pressure sensitivity it’s not a deal breaker for me.
The pen is great to take notes, filling forms, etc… I’m very happy with it (because I’m not an artist, remember?)
Mine charges via USB C and the battery lasts for a very long time.
Ah, and the tips are thinner, not bulky like these ones, and it comes with half a dozen spare tips.
For info, the Apple Pencil is also made in China.

Watching this review and am please to see other left handers. I got a 'hand me down' knock off pencil...I never even considered buying an Apple Pencil until I started using the fake one. I use it way more than I thought, but mostly just for notes--don't know that pressure sensitivity is something I'm missing.

my correction was bizzare af, it involve tying my left to the chair... and constant put down cause of ‘’using the wrong hand’’... even told at some point that im using the hand of the beast... that wasn’t even the worst of it... always felt something was missing ever since... everytime i see a leftie always have that annoying feeling that something wasnt right...(pun intended) low and behold the universe does correct all by itself... broke my right index finger tendon 5 years ago still cant bend it properly... long story short my left had to learn what my right had 3 decades of muscle memory built in... most annoying dread are normal scissors and normal can openers.... can openers feels like a gymnastics event with fingers... and that not even the fun kind.. ‘;p..

Cool video. My Apple 1 pencil recently became unreliable, so I bought a new Apple version because I use it to cartoon on sketch pad. I did also pick up a knockoff to try. Mine has a standard micro usb port to charge however, not a weird plug like that. So IF people want to get one of these, it might be wise to look for one with standard charging port.

I really like to share with you guys that I was born as a left-handed person. I inherited this from my mom. But since when I was little, my grandma from my dad’s side hated my mom, so she forced me to switch it or she would punish me, just because of my last name “Song” is from my dad. That ended me up as a right-handed person now with stuttering problems and learning disorders

I have a $100 apple pencil and in my opinion? It's very comfortable to use :) i used to have a knockoff, but it wasn't really an all-in-one convenience. My knockoff was exactly as you showed me trying to replace the tip. My parents bought it for me and I was quite sorry to have to get rid of it. The knock type wasn't bad. But the writing pressure was weak, sometimes it would randomly turn off and I thought it was the charging, and replacing the tip was a hassle, and that's about it. Charging is a mend.
In conclusion, you may be asking yourself, "Which one is better, the Apple Pencil or the knock-off brand?
Just go for what you want, however if you want something that will benefit you more than anything else (especially with drawing), definitely go for the apple pencil.
If you want to imitate having an apple pencil, such as using an apple pencil, go for the knockoff.

Using the vongong Pencil that charges magnetically to my 12.9 2022 iPad Pro and this Pencil here looks just like it lolll, it also has a double tap feature which isn’t on the Apple Pencil, I can exit my apps by tapping the top of my Pencil twice, and taking a picture, by tapping the top of my Pencil once, I was shocked when I found that the Apple Pencil didn’t have these features… LOVE my Pencil lol I had alr spent like 1.3k for my iPad Pro, so there was no way I was buying a 129$ pen lol, and for my Pencil I can use Apple tips. I’m 19 btw, this was a drastic change from my iPad 7th gen, had that for three years. No pressure sensitivity tho, but that’s ok cuz I don’t draw lol I just use notes, and use my iPad as a coloring book every now and then.
