- Welcome everyone to the second episode of my new series 'Manufacturer Showdown' where we put two legendary manufacturers together in a battle to prove who makes the best cars in all different levels including; Retro, Super & Hyper cars! Let's see who will win between Ferrari & McLaren, Ferrari being the fiery Italian brand who makes some of the finest drivers cars in the world & McLaren being much more technically focused and displays engineering excellence.

In real life the SF90 is actually only about 2 tenths faster then the 765lt over a quarter mile. Yet the SF90 is around a hundred thousand pounds more… ik which one id buy.

@@Smzxe Exactly what I thought. The 600LT is very fast. It woulda beaten that 488 gtb in any IRL race. Forza is massively over estimating Ferrari's acceleration. I'm well aware that ferrari's do have a good and better top end then McLarens, but defo not in a 3/4 mile race.

488 GTB is no way near 600LT
Most of the time it depends on the tunes or the car that you use, but I think the cars where some what fair

the FXX K vs Speedtail is unrealistic, the Speedtail is made to be as slippery as possible so it would start getting the advantage from 200kph and up

The McLaren weighs 1,430kg, the Ferrari weighs 1,405kg.
The McLaren makes 1,150lb-ft of torque, the Ferrari makes over 664lb-ft of torque. No specific figure given so we’ll just assume it’s 664lb-ft.
The McLaren has road tires, the Ferrari has racing slicks.
The McLaren should definitely have the advantage past maybe 100mph (161km/h). Ferrari will be more responsive on the throttle and will grip quicker. But the McLaren has almost double the torque and not as much downforce.
@@projectr2451 The Speedtail does not make 1150lb ft of torque. That’s in Newton Meters. It instead makes 848lb ft of torque at around 5-6,000 rpm.

Ah sorry, you’re correct. Just realised my mistake. Even then though, I don’t think it changes my verdict. Makes considerably more torque. I’d assume that it would win.
@@projectr2451 I think so too, considering the Speedtail was designed to be as slippery as possible, while the FXX-K Evo, despite having so much horsepower, has to also have a ton of drag. Great for track driving, but not so much for outright top speed.

The cars in Forza have a terrible speed accuracy. E.g an F8 doesn't stand a chance against a 720s

@@D_Erick03 you can see the real life drag race between f8 and 720s in drag times channel. Im watching drag times's 720s competing against several production cars. There are rarely any stock car that can beat that thing. Hell it even defeated some tuned drag purpose cars.

Both 918 Spyder and Senna beat LAFERRARI in every race
And When a guy raced 720s Vs 918 Spyder
The 720s was pulling away from 918 in rolling race
720s has also beaten McLaren Senna on drag strip
That's it 720s is faster than LAFERRARI
And McLaren P1 is a lot faster than LAFERRARI
This Forza is so unrealistic
There is no way F8 CAN BEAT a 720s spider not even a chance
720S spider also runs 9.9 seconds quarter mile
That's faster than any existing Ferrari
McLaren 765LT is also faster than SF90
765LT ran 9.3 @151 mph
And SF90 ran 9.5 @147 mph on drag strip
McLaren cars are just faster

yeah, McLarens are underpowered in Forza, especially the speedtail. but sf90 is much quicker than 765lf on the road and street.

not accurate at all, only the 911 turbo s can stand against 720s/720s spyder, also u compare 1000+ hp sf90 with 765 hp 765LT… I mean.. come on put a little effort
Well the SF90 does kinda compare to the 765LT, its just the reason the SF90 beats the 765LT all the time is because of the 4 wheel drive and the instant torque even on roll races. But a roll race starting from like 70-80mph, In real life the 765LT would probably win. U have to factor in weight aswell. The SF90 is heavier than the light 765LT. And the 765LT is definitely making closer to 820hp at the crank in real life.
