    I'm in the UK and a year into owning my Trident 660 and to be honest I find it a brilliant bike as it is. I did take the quick shifter option on purchase which does change the dynamics of the bike. I must add that I do not have any throttle lag at all. Also, my bike has so much torque that I never have to use 1st gear which is saved for moving off uphill only. I am however huge fan of remapping. My current Audi A5 3.0 tdi sportback was completely transformed by a REVO remap and I would recommend it to anyone. I just don't think that an off the shelf remap like this one from DNK makes a big enough improvement to make it worthwhile, not for me anyway. I'm lucky enough to live near specialist shops that can do bespoke remaps for the Trident so maybe I should look there. Nice video btw, well shot and produced.

    Two questions, are you still taking your bike to the dealership for service? I’m not sure if they would reset the ecu or not. Also I haven’t done it yet, but planning on installing dk tune on my bike this week, but there’s one problem, told dk about mg zard exhaust but also a quick shifter that I don’t have installed yet. Do you think there would be a problem loading up the tune before then? Thanks.

      @enzo6sixty  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey there,
      1. I only brought my bike to dealer once for the first service. I don't believe they will touch your ECU without specifically asking them to do so.
      2. I would wait till you ordered your parts and install them before you load the tune to your bike's ECU. The tune (If I'm not mistaken) is to take advantage of the bikes aftermarket parts and optimize it's performance.
      I don't have a quick shifter myself, but I am on the way to my dealership to pick it up today. I ordered it 3 days ago.
