Do you have a quickshifter fitted only I’ve done this and now the quickshifter isn’t working don’t know if it’s down to this or not

Thanks for some visuals to help with research before I bought the part. One suggestion as the directions from Triumph state you should be adding high temp (copper based) grease to the engine mounting bolts to prevent seizing. Installed mine last night. While I think the EVO sliders visually are kind of cool I question the ability for them to function as stated given when sliding the bike could catch on one of the round slider and flip the bike rather than sliding like the Triumph pads would be more likely to do given their shape.

Your oil is very clean after 500 miles because unlike an actual motorcycle your scooter does not have a wet sump clutch with friction discs wearing and contaminating the oil, you have a CVT transmission which is run by an external belt.

How manageable is this as a daily driver? Would you need earplugs or is it still reasonable?

I'm in the UK and a year into owning my Trident 660 and to be honest I find it a brilliant bike as it is. I did take the quick shifter option on purchase which does change the dynamics of the bike. I must add that I do not have any throttle lag at all. Also, my bike has so much torque that I never have to use 1st gear which is saved for moving off uphill only. I am however huge fan of remapping. My current Audi A5 3.0 tdi sportback was completely transformed by a REVO remap and I would recommend it to anyone. I just don't think that an off the shelf remap like this one from DNK makes a big enough improvement to make it worthwhile, not for me anyway. I'm lucky enough to live near specialist shops that can do bespoke remaps for the Trident so maybe I should look there. Nice video btw, well shot and produced.

Yeah, the oil at 600 will be clean. You change it because of the metal filings. Amazing to see how much of them there was. And great that the strainer got so mich of it. Imagine what that would do to the engine if you didn't get it out. I want this scooter. I have a Yamaha Morphous and a Yamaha Vino 125, but the new Zuma 125 is awesome.

What connections does it require? Wifi and Bluetooth? How do you connect tour tablet to the tuner?

Have had my 2022 zuma for 2 years now,love it.I do my own oil changes. The o ring on the drain plug has not been changed due to being unavailable at dealer. Is there another source? Owners manuel calls for this o ring to be replaced at every oil change. What's the proper size? What's it made of, unobtainium?

Are you using mph or kph? How fast can this bike go for extended periods?

Those are cool parts they just don't go with a matte black tank. I have the exact same bike as yours. I would have chosen matte black parts. or matte black carbon fiber. Don't make the mistaken of going overboard. less is more keep it naked, clean.
