Students and newly registered nurses get really nervous about the level they should be working, and this video is designed to talk about a few hints and tips on how to succeed!
There is so much you can do to help settle into life as a new graduate nurse, and also to help prepare yourself for life as a new nurse. This video goes through 4 tips I have; nail your fundamentals of nursing care, know you will make mistakes but to learn from them, when you have bad days, or wobbly days I talk about teaching others to help keep you focused and persistent, and having a look around for some inspirational nurses in your team to aspire to!
