That rear diff has seen quite a few clutch dumps. I bet that ring gear is missing more teeth than a Waffle House waitress.
Lol good one 🤣
Now that was funny!!
☠️☠️☠️
😂😂
No you didnt😂😂😂
I would skip the exhaust. Very little gain for a ton of money.
I agree 💯
Don't waste 4k on an exhaust kit ! Ridiculous ! See what the car wizard did .he I believe liked his upgrade ? Give him a call !
32:33 love the way u said mother****er🤣💯
my stomach physically flipped when the oil didn't start pouring out immediately after you took out the plug
No it didn’t.
@@bloomerdavidHe is talking about the rear differential. It didn't start pouring out until Randy stabbed the goober holding the flow up.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Grass stuck in the underside? Florida car? Wait...didn't Sam Crac have a Viper of this same generation and color? Ut-oh.
I bought the Foxwell battery tester because of you. It is awesome and super inexpensive. Thank for showing the tools you use.
I love the Viper videos! great looking car.
Today was officially 3 years of watching every single video on yr chanel...btw im from Malaysia so to find your chanel is far from easy and guess what after a lot of chanel i watch i was satisfied with yr content
So funny to see the brake fluid flush 😂😂😂 the fluid in the lines (that matters!) is just as dirty…. And that is what you use to brake. Doing it again in 1000 miles will have the same outcome.
Yes makes no sense he needs to bleed the brakes it's like he has never worked on cars before
Isn't the fresh fluid cycling?
Randy happy too see you giving the viper some much needed TLC! Deserves it! I’d leave the exhaust alone
The thing about driving at night during a tornado is you cant see it until its too late so keep safe and always check the radar so you find the nearest safe route back home
Man I always loved the Viper it doesn't matter what you drive eventually you will have trouble with it
Couldn't stop laughing when you started cursing lol 😅
You should clean up the head light a lil bit
Ohhhh man he’s not gonna like that comment 😂
He gonna get on you for that one LMAO 🤣
The exhaust sound before and when you change and New sound❤❤❤
Buy one of those above ground concrete tornado shelter for the shop.
I love the Viper. Let the haters hate. But I would take the rear apart and investigate further.
All these Viper experts😂
Thanks for taking care of Roxy 🦮
Save your money on that exhaust. It sounds good like that
LOL, I know you're comment on the "junk" statements were tongue in cheek BUT nothing surprises me in the YT comment section!! 😊 I love the later version of Viper for the money you just can't beat them in my view anyway. Never a real fan of the Gen 1 without windows etc. but the later ones are so much more nicer to drive, maintain and enjoy the true beast of a V10 under the hood. Sweeeeet 😊😊
Hey Randy awesome car my friend. Leave the car alone. You do a fine job.
Randy, you might want to get some fender covers. Brake fluid is nasty stuff that will quickly ruin your paint.
He is well aware of what brake fluid does to paint considering it's one of the first things he said when taking the cap off.

My last job in automotive was at a CDJR dealership. We often swapped the ATF +4 for gear oil. The fluid catalog said it was factory-filled with ATF but had mention of which viscosity of gear oil was appropriate for each application.
I would leave the exhaust alone. You’ve done more than enough to it Just enjoy it!!
vipers are a rough ride, but they are not junk. how much were the oem coil packs for the viper just out of curiosity?
Love the plates Bro! I would blow the money on the pipes. Power and weight savings while running cooler is a no brainer in my shop. Enjoy this one for a while. You've earned it.
Hi Randy I love all your uploads whatever u put out mate I will watch as a loyal fan may not post much but 100% behind u bud carry on with the good work 👍
Dude people are just haters and jealous because you have a viper. Don't listen to them. My dream car is a Viper GTS. I don't think I will ever own one or drive one. But I love the look of them.
Tell them unlike a Corvette u actually have a trunk!😂
My '03 Vette has an opening hatchback with room for two sets of golf clubs; luggage etc. - I guess that's a trunk wannabe!
If your not going to keep it don't worry about exhaust
Stay safe with that weather around Randy!!!
Do it... It's a beautiful car and it deserves a better sound. Love this video you really have explained everything well. Well all your videos are excellent 👌 love how you've refreshed this beautiful Viper up...👌💯% 🔥🔥
Don't feel bad, I currently drive a Ford and love Dale too... Raise Hell, Praise Dale!
Great video Randy.
Bummer about the chunks of metal from the diff. At least it has fresh gear lube now.
You might as well pull the trigger on the new exhaust system. The factory one is bizarre! All of those bends and crossovers! WTF?? The aftermarket one you were talking about sounds like it will be a lot more efficient and it will help cool things down.
Looking forward to more Viper videos. That's a badass car!
I would definitely do the exhaust, that car would sound amazing, plus it being a manual would sound even better,so do it Randy
You know what I say Randy when people start hating. 🤔 You can dance if you want to You can leave your friends behind because if friends don't dance and if they don't dance well they're no friends of mine 😉❤️
Let the haters hate Randy if you like it that’s all that matters
Real, I enjoy whatever content I'm watching frfr
Exactly as my cousin who has the CZcams channel “KBD PRODUCTIONS TV” says “don’t feed the haters”
The people telling you that vipers are junk are probably driving around in something like a yugo.
Do you not have a exhaust shop to make a system like legit street cars has in Chicago might save you some money
Good job Randy. 😎😎👍👍

Change the diff oil again at next oil change. 100% pop the cover off to inspect it for damage, remove any other metal chunks, and service/replace anything damaged as needed.
It's nice to see a fender cover on a car Randy. I swear, nobody on you tube uses them.
It's common on the viper to find metal pieces, especially if they never changed the factory diff fluid it's from them drilling the holes for the plug
I'm liking the viper randy its looking sharp as hell but suprised that its been left to get the way you got it to be honest and with thst amount of millage on it im surprised under 50,000 and all like that man jesus the last owner/owners should of taken much better care than that of the viper for real man and yes i think you should out an exhaust on ot man it would definitely sound amazing an it randy oh yes its expensive mam but of you want that mean ctazy sound of the viper man you gonna have to spend on it unless you can find a cheaper one man great video fella ✨👌✨✌️✨👍👍👍🏴
Hi Randy yes do the exhaust would love to hear it.
Nice video Randy
Randy , you are the man buy the cars you want it's your money and you worked hard for it man I love your channel it is my very favorite channel . Be safe the viper is cool I wish I could have one . 😊
Bro he flips junk at a loss for CZcams footage
Hello Randy. Doing more work on the 2005 Dodge Viper. First changing the serpentine belt and rechanging the oil. Hopefully everything is ok.
👍 yes do it. And be safe in that weather.
Really interesting to see all those metal fragments coming out of the rear diff…I guess it can take a lot of damage and still (apparently) work!
Yes! Get the exhaust.
You should have washed off the metal from the diff and tried to determine where it came from.
Randy you definitely need to add the exhaust. I always like the sound of a good exhaust.
Exhaust is a must have
I would love to see a video of this car just on the road now that you have done all this work to it. I honestly hope you keep this car for a long time. with all the work you do, you deserve to just have this baby as a fun time for a few years.
Hi Randy I don't know kind of up to with dodge viper. Keep on make great videos very much enjoy them. Did ever find car that vw gti good car?
I've used mobil 1 since I bought my truck which is a 2015 ram 1500 5.7 hemi with 40k when I bought it and am now up to 160k no lifter tick and no lifter failure and no metal in my oil. Mopar actually recommends Mopar oil or Mobil 1 full synthetic
looking forward to your new exhaust 😁
What a rainstorm
Yes new exhaust
go with the headers and exhaust, i did it to my gen 4, it was the best choice
Yesssssss get the exhaust 🎉🎉 man hell yeah !!!!
Too expensive 🤑
Great channel love the viper project, its your car put exhaust on it of you want who cares what anyone else thinks? Id hit those headlights with a polish and that front end would sparkle. Cant wait to hear it rip down the road.
Randy, I would like to see you put the Ballinger exhaust on the Viper.
If you do the exhaust. A before and after with thermometers on the floors and also dyno b4 and after to check HP to cash ratio.
Yes new exhaust and new transmission mount
Now its a two in 1 channel, first one is about cars, the second one is is metal detecting, maybe even magnetfishing, your doing great, should actually give you double the views......
She's really coming along nice and smoothly (that's what she said😂) with all the elbow grease your putting into her...no pun intended. Ultimately it's your money my friend. If you want and feel that's what she needs then by all means go for it. But if your not sure if your going to keep it or not then maybe you should just leave the snake pit exhaust and button her up for now. It kills me man every time I see the front of your Viper it reminds me of my old Dodge Avenger Sport with only 32000 miles that I regret sooo much for selling😭 Think twice before selling that gorgeous sweet cherry pie🍒 Stay safe🌪️
I would like to see that new exhaust Randy!
Winner, winner chicken dinner. The VIPER is a winner.
Awesome car!!! As far as the exhaust, I say go for it. #teamgettheexhaust all the way
I think you got a good deal. All I’ve been seeing is them starting around 45,000 the way up to 60k
My opinion on the engine noise it sounds. like. injector pulse. which is normal. as you know.
Lets get that exhaust!!
Randy, to me dodge vipers are not junk they are nice and fun cars to have, only if you treat it right...😊
Where did you get that fluid extractor! I want one.
Yes
Another thing I would like to add, is since that old battery was weak, it may have also had alot to do with how it ran. I had a nismo 370z with a bad battery, and it caused it to go into limp mode. After the new battery swap, it never did that again.
exhaust baby!😎
Yeah I mean you don’t know what’s inside of an engine til you dig deep into it. Metal though is very very interesting. But good job on getting it all out! Keep it up randy we love to see it!
Belinger or corsa exhaust and heat wrap the side pipes to reduce cabin temps
It's not my money so I'm all in on you spendIng $4K on the exhaust 😊.
Nice work keep up the entertaining videos.
You talk about regretting to sell your old viper and you're already talking about selling this one?
Because it’s already costing him money compared to the last one which he didn’t spend nowhere near the money compared to this one.
Because its not registered under him its registered under his wholesale dealer which REQUIRES him to sell it eventually.
This viper is a money pit and Randy will do what he normally does with his cars hence the title of his channel is “Auto Auction Rebuilds” he fixes the cars to be safe and roadworthy and sends them down the road.
It's his business, he has historically never kept anything for very long
I do want to see the new exhaust!
Get that exhaust🎉
Add Belenger exhaust. Good video.🥰
I've own several vipers. I would just do high flow cats and exhaust. Skip the headers if you aren't worried about hp
Remembering a legend...viper, what else....Randy is making his mark again....this is hot avenger...🎉😂
Do the exhaust change Randy👌🏻👍🏻
Exhaust based on ya return profit gains when u flip it.
Those viper motors love to eat Camshafts for breakfast, they love to drop valve seats when they get hot, you could go on, but it’s still an awesome car
Buy the exhaust…. Great purchase to add to the channel
I would love to have a viper. Been a dream of mine since it came out in the early 90s. I had an opportunity to buy a 2005 in 2013 with 5k miles for 50k and I passed on it. A decision I will forever regret 😢
Randy I hate the smell of gear oil too man😂😂like if all oils that’s the worst and strongest smells, love the videos
New exhaust yes 4200.00 for all those gains is worth it. Cooler is always better. What a great car and deal
Yes anything high horsepower cooler is always better that and 50whp on a bolt on no tune is insane. Everyone thinks I can add a turbo and run 700 like cat. Ugh no this is the real world. Everything to support that turbo labor included with be 3 ,4x the price of your cheap eBay turbo
Hell yeah it’s worth it Actually on the Dino it adds 54 hp ,, your Alaska fan ,, ❤the content 🎉🎉🎉
hi randy, maybe a steady amber colour illumination on the radio makes this serious monster more serious,! but it is a question of taste offcourse, greetz from amsterdam.
Send it down the road with that exhaust, Randy. Investing in another one will eventually kill any profit you could have. I would only spend 4k USD if keeping it for many years.
