Unsalted butter 40g

Cinnamon mixture
Softened butter 50g
Brown sugar 60g
Cinnamon powder 5g
Apple slices
Baking time & temperature:
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356℉) for 20 minutes ( Top & bottom heat)
Mold size: round pan 15cm x2
