4. Guarda SILENCIO y espera por los NOMBRES.
5. Cuestiona porque llamaría a NAME 1, NAME 2, NAME 3 y escucha con atención.
Tendrás un contexto sobre ellos. Cuando los llames diles que LA PERSONA (Que los refirió) piensa que puedes ayudarles.

Very good idea. I have always refrained from asking for referral as I feel your friends or policy holders will not give you. I will try.. if you were in my shoes, who will be the first 3 person you will call?
