Hi i was on outsourced contract employee of Team Lease Services Ltd. i left job on 30-09-2018 New employer immediately started my same UAN and contribution from October 2018. now Team Lease has updated Date of exit as 31-01-2019. so I am not able to transfer funds. or not able to withdraw funds from Team Lease. I contacted Team Lease for correction of DOE. they rejected to update Date and told me now you not able to withdraw or transfer funds

Hi, thanks for your efforts on preparing such helpful video, I have a observation on your video related to the process you explained on PF transfer from PF trust to new company . you have mentioned that, employees have to submit the 4 documents ( statement, annexure K, Letter, Cheque ) to next organization when they change job but as per the process no company will provide these documents directly to their employees and these will be directly couriered to next company upon submitting PF transfer form to his/her previous/present company.

I changed my company from TCS to UST on 2021. I generated the form 13 on jan 2022. But forgot to provide the form 13 to TCS HR for further process. now in 2024 I already changed two companies. So in the form 13, my present employer is already the previous employer and I am not allowed to generate another form 13 for my current employer. So How can I get the money back.

Ek me 3 saal or dusre me bas 4 din hi kiya tha to ab dusri wali company ne bhi mera member id create kar dia but usme kuch bhi nahi he kyunki kaam hi bas 4 din kiya tha or isliye koi contribution bhi receive nahi kiya or uska date of exit bhi updated nahi he. To ab me sirf pehle wali company ke member id se pesa transfer karna chahta hu teesri company ke pf account me. To kar skta hu ya nahi? Usme dusri wali company ke pf account se to kuch lena dena nahi he na. Esa to nahi ki dono ko merge krna padega kyunki without date of exit ke merge bhi nahi ho sakta or me khud se date of exit bhi nahi update kar sakta kyunki without contribution ye possible nahi he
