It is believed that out of the 12 months in a year, an Indian citizen works for the government for 5 months. This is true, even if you are a private sector employee. This is because you pay approx 35-40% of your income in direct and indirect taxes to the government. These taxes are in the form of income tax, various cess, GST, VAT on petrol, etc. Thus, many individuals end up avoiding tax payment and are caught in tax theft. This is also the issue which many employees face with their employers where the employers do not comply with the Labour Laws Act.

Sir, A very big Hello Namaskar to you. I don't want to disclose everything here,but please iam very positive that you will help me here coz I am trying to voice the problem of many Employee(Tea Garden Labour) owned by pvt.co.
Their PF has not been deposited since many years.
If some worker ask for PF withdrawal the company agent(Senior Staff) then fills the form on his/her behalf but equally ask for a hefty amount from them. Eg-for ₹50,000 they ask 4000-4500/- depends upon Employee leniency.
Now that Iam trying to help them and informed many employee about online pf withdrawal and kyc. All seems happy but not the Employer of the Tea Garden.
They are not providing UAN no. Member ID anything to them. So I couldn't help them. I feel so hurt and feel sad for them. I too have received indirect threats from them(Employer).
Please take it as a serious matter and help me here.. to support them.

Company attendance register me manipulation karti hai, example Labour ki salary 14000 / mounth hai 26 days ki to wo mustered roll me 28000 /- mounth batate hai & attendance 26bdays ho to 13 days karte hai , means above 15000 no epf and above 21000 no eaic , any solution for above problem

हमारी सैलरी 18 हजार है, epf नहीं कटवाना चाहते, क्योंकि कंपनी epf ke नाम से पैसे की कटौती कर epf खाते में पैसा जमा ही नहीं कर रहा है, कृपया कोई आधार या कागज बताएं जिसको दिखा के हम Epf नहीं कटवाए। कंपनी बहुत शोषण कर रहा है😭😭
Sir,maine tender ke liye pf registration kiya tha with 2 employees,2 mahine pf diya maine uske baad direct challan(75) de raha hoon.
Maine employees ko exit nahin kiya tha,ab 3 mahine ho gaye hai direct challan(Rs 75) de raha hoon,phir bhi yeh message aa raha hai
,"Dear Employer, as per our records you have failed to remit contributions of your employees due for 4 wage months. This prima facie shows willful default on your part. Failure to remit the contributions and interest due on such belated remittances within 15 days, may cause and invoke penal provisions of prosecution, complaint u/s 406/409 of IPC, and coercive actions for recovery of dues."
