Hey, it’s called Element South Park. Says on their website the One bedroom is between $1,900 - $3,300

Hey, I like the university area. Lots of apartment options (the second apartment I showed is in university area). That’s the only one I’ve actually been in. It’s called Cortland Belgate. There is a big college there. Close to the malls & lots of food places! Not too far from downtown/uptown either.

Thank you for posting this video. My family and I are making plans to move out to the Charlotte area. You said for your 1st apartment that it's by a hood and you definitely wouldn't want to live by there. That's the main things that scares me about moving, not knowing which areas to stay away from. I'm not familiar with Charlotte, but will venture out there before we move to check out everything for a few days. Could you please tell me which areas to stay away from or which areas are considered the "hood" areas?

De Naja Handy I moved to Charlotte 10 years ago but decided not to live in Charlotte. I live right outside of Charlotte and love it. Tons of areas right outside that are usually cheaper and safer. Check ot Mathews, Mint Hill, Concord etc. Now all of those areas have a "hood" but you're best bet is to ask around. Good luck!
